The City of Greater Geelong, in partnership with Leisure Networks, is hosting an online workshop to support local sports clubs.
Join Leisure Networks as they guide clubs through practical strategies to help build strong governance and attract, support and retain volunteers.
You’ll learn about:
- Roles and responsibilities of effective club governance
- How to recruit and keep volunteer engaged
- Practical tools to support a sustainable club
This workshop is designed to provide clubs with clear, practical ideas they can take away and apply straight away.
